Chris Treadwell - One of Canada's Top Thirty Principals

It is with great pleasure that, as Principal of Park Street Elementary, I have the privilege to work with the students, staff and parents of this fine community school. Since its opening, Park Street School has effectively educated many thousands of young Canadians who have gone on to become productive members of our society. It is certainly my goal to support the tradition of striving for excellence.

Excellence is achieved by hard work. It is also achieved through cooperation. It takes the collaborative efforts of the students, staff and the parents to make a school the best it can be. At Park Street Elementary we deeply appreciate and encourage such a partnership so that our students can reach their highest potential.

While high academic standards must be a goal of every fine school, so too must be the development of the whole child. Therefore, high standards of conduct and the development of student talents and interests are goals essential to Park Street Elementary.
